Conditions for financing an apartment in SO-HO Residence:
- Reservation deposit CZK 100,000 including VAT payable within 5 days of signing the reservation contract
- At least 15% of the purchase price of the apartment including VAT payable within 10 days after signing the future purchase contract
- additional payment of the purchase price after approval of the project, before the conclusion of the purchase contract, from own resources or in combination with a mortgage loan
INDIVIDUAL FINANCING WITH APARTMENT PRICE DISCOUNT
When signing the future purchase contract, we allow the payment of an extraordinary installment of the purchase price of the apartment beyond the standard installment schedule. For such an extraordinary installment, we offer a discount on the purchase price of the apartment in the form of a discount on the price of the apartment.
